We brought the Doberge Squares to Georgia and the young lady we gave them to had tears in her eyes when tasted them. She has been unable to eat such a delicious desert since her allergies. Everyone enjoyed the Doberge Squares and could not tell they were made with special ingredients. Thank you for the wonderful desert.

We ordered a gluten-free, dairy-free version of the Chocolate Doberge squares to accommodate a few wedding guests who had allergies. They were so delicious! Even though I can eat gluten and dairy, I didn't notice anything "missing". Our guests loved the cakes - I'll definitely be ordering again if we're ever hosting another event!
I had an order that fell through for a gluten free dessert and Nicole was so kind the week leading up to the event. I just needed a small order for the mama at the baby shower since she is gf and Nicole kindly fit the small order into her booked schedule. They were delicious and the perfect addition to the dessert table ;)

Nicole made the most delicious dairy free and nut free doberge cake for my sister’s birthday February 5th! Her dietary accommodations were so appreciated as my sister has special dietary needs. I am so happy I was finally able to find someone that could bake a safe king cake for my baby girl. We had the gluten corn free vegan king cake and it was delicious! She was able to enjoy her king cake without feeling left out at home or at school. The smile on her face was priceless!
Seriously delicious cake. Not too sweet, just beautifully balanced. The 4 gluten eaters in my group loved it maybe even more than this celiac -which is such a testament to how good it was. I'm so glad we found this baker for our birthday celebration.

We just wanted to send a huge thank you for bringing the cake and cookies to our hotel! I ordered a dozen chocolate chip cookies that were gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free, plus a cookies & cream cake. My friend hasn’t really celebrated their birthday in a while due to dietary restrictions, so when we found out we’d be in New Orleans for their special day, I was on a mission to find a bakery that could help!
Your baking skills and attention to detail totally blew us away! Honestly, you can’t even tell that the treats were gluten-free, dairy-free, and egg-free. If you were closer, we’d definitely be ordering from you all the time!

I have several people in my life who are GF and/or DF. When I realized that they weren’t going to be able to enjoy cake at my wedding, I immediately began looking for a solution. Creme Confectionary was mentioned on a FB post, and I was so excited to find it! Pickup was easy, and very quick communication. My friends were literally crying over how good the cupcakes tasted! Thank you so much!! I hope to be able to order again one day!
Two of my kids have autism and a lot of allergies. It is so nice to be able to find someone who bakes allergen free treats so that my kids can experience treats as well . I will say my son kept asking for them so they must be good and my husband had several and he’s picky. The only thing I will say is there is zero verbal communication between you and the person doing the baking so that’s slightly unsettling when you’re looking for something a little more specific probably but I have ordered several times and for the most part the orders have been spot on. Just grateful to have someone who caters to allergies so thank you.
The ordering process was easy, communication seamless, pickup went off without a hutch - even after postponing due to weather.
Best of all, the cake was very moist and delicious. So, so good.
