- Christmas Tree Cake: vanilla butter cake, vanilla pudding, vanilla buttercream and white chocolate ganache 

- Lemon: vanilla cake, lemon curd, lemon buttercream and lemon poured icing 

- Gingerbread: gingerbread cake, cream cheese pudding, cream cheese buttercream and gingerbread poured icing

- Chocolate: vanilla cake, chocolate pudding, chocolate buttercream and chocolate ganache
